WEDDING DRESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

We require a 60% deposit to secure your wedding dress order.

Our lead time is 6 months. Unless an express order is placed (availability dependent)

On payment of 60% deposit, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

  1. Your 60% deposit is non-refundable once the order is placed.

  2.  The balance of your order will be due before collection day.

  3. If the balance of your purchase is not paid or your dress is not collected within three months of arriving, Nyfi Bridal Collection has the right to cancel your order and use the deposit to recoup costs.

  4. Services such as alterations/dry cleaning are available at an additional cost.

  5. No changes of order or refunds will be allowed if notified after 24 hours of 60% deposit being received.

  6. Nyfi Bridal Collection is a bridal shop and thus can’t offer exclusivity on our dresses.

  7. Returns & refunds are not applicable.

EVENING DRESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

We require the full amount of your evening dress to be paid before placing your order.

On payment of the full amount, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

  1. Your payment is non-refundable once the order is placed, as our designer gowns are imported per order. 

  2. The measurements given to your stylist are correct, and the size was confirmed with you before the payment was made. 

  3. Services such as alterations/dry cleaning are available at an additional cost.

  4. No changes of order or refunds will be allowed once payment is made.

  5. Nyfi Bridal Collection can’t offer exclusivity on our dresses.

  6. Returns are not applicable.
